What skills do I value most?
Cross-functional
I believe that we are only as strong as our ability to function as a team. Pulling off a hiring ramp of 20,000+ people in the space of 10 weeks is only possible if everyone assumes positive intent, is willing to come to the table with one goal and can listen to other opinions
Strategic
If your stategy makes doesn't create some amount of discomfort, it's probably not aggressive enough. I think a stumbling block to success is accepting a plan when a strategy is what is needed. Sometimes it's less about aligning on all the tasks, and more about aligning on an approach
Stakeholder Management
Your ideas are only as good as the abilty to communciate and convince others of their value. The ability to identify, assess and influence stakeholder behavior and buy in is at the core of implementation success. Not doing this work early enough in the process puts your objectives at risk
